 Key Features:

1. Three Independent Pass Boxes in One Unit

Three independent pass boxes are vertically integrated into a single unit, providing complete material transfer coverage between Areas A, B, and C.

The three-tier configuration provides complete transfer connectivity among Areas A, B, and C.

2. Independent Dual-Door Interlock System on Each Tier

· Each tier is equipped with two independent access doors.

· The electronic interlock system prevents both doors on the same tier from opening simultaneously.

· Each tier operates with an independent interlock system.

· The unit is equipped with 6 doors and 3 independent interlock systems.

· Effectively prevents airflow crossover and cross-contamination.

3. Integrated Corner Installation Design

· Three transfer chambers are integrated into one compact unit.

· Designed with a 90° corner configuration for built-in corner installation.

· Maximizes cleanroom space utilization.

· Replaces three separate pass boxes with a single integrated system.

· The upper and middle tiers feature corner-transfer configurations, while the lower tier adopts a straight-through double-door design.

4. Durable Construction

· Exterior: Powder-coated cold-rolled steel.

· Interior: SUS304 stainless steel.

· Material thickness: 1.0 mm (customizable).

· Double-layer tempered glass viewing windows provide clear visibility and reliable sealing.
